By accessing or creating an OVEsl account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy policy. If you disagree, please stop using the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration details and keeping credentials secure. You must meet the applicable age of consent, or have parent/guardian approval when required. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.
3. Acceptable use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use OVEsl for educational purposes. You must not: copy or redistribute content without permission; disrupt the system; harvest other users’ data; or use the service illegally.
4. Content and IP
Course content, UI, OVEsl/ONYX branding, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you create (e.g. reviews) but grant us the license needed to display and operate platform features.
5. Payments (when applicable)
Some courses or plans may be paid. Price, billing cycle, and refund policy (if any) will be shown before you confirm. Failure to pay on time may suspend access to paid content.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes (exam scores, external certificates). To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss beyond reasonable control, or outages outside our control.
